Congratulations! I am so excited to meet your princess or prince and celebrate with you. Here's what you need to know:
Preparation:
I will arrive in full costume, hair, and make-up.
I will have all supplies with me--unless you are booking Volcano BLAST! or Girls Night In, ALL I will need from you is a small cup of water for the face paints to work. If you are booking Volcano BLAST! or Girls Night In, please check your email or call me for additional information.
Balloons tend to pop on grass. If your party is held outdoors, it's best if balloons are made and kept indoors, or if made outdoors, if there is a designated non-grassy area that they can be stowed, such as a bucket or blanket where they will not blow away.
Character:
We will be prepared with a story of how we arrived (flew in with pixie dust, the Prince dropped me off in my carriage, etc.). Therefore, we will try to park at a distance, and it is best if the kids do not try and follow you performer when she leaves, as we would not want them to see us leave in anything other than what the character would have!
I know my characters inside and out, and I have an answer for absolutely any question they can think of!
I stay in character the entire time and prefer to be called by my character's name for the entire party--we don't want any kids asking why "Barbie" is responding to the name Kari! :)
Booking confirmation:
After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of everything you and I need to know regarding your child's special day. In addition, 1-2 days before your party, we will personally call you to confirm again all of these details to make sure there are no last minute mix-ups.
Changes:
If you would like to make any activity, time, character, or date changes, please contact me as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that I book on a first come, first serve basis so in some cases, changes may not always be possible.
Payment:
We accept cash only. Once you are confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email including total payment due. (We will soon accept credit card payments online, but not yet!) Your balance will be due in cash only, at the end of your party, directly to your performer. Tips are NEVER expected, but ALWAYS appreciated!
