How do I book a jumper, too? I don't want to have to make a bunch of phone calls/emails. Do I have to call elsewhere to book a jumper or any or can I have you book it for me?
I can book it for you by phone or email! We know what a hassle it can be to have to call more than one place to set up everything you need for one party. I am in constant, instant contact with the bounce house company and can almost always get a confirmation and a quote within just a few minutes.
What company will you book my bounce house through?
If your party is in the San Bruno or Mountain View area, I will book your bounce house with 630 Jump.
If your party is being held in Sonoma County, I will book your bounce house with Jumpin' Jacks.
All other areas not covered by 630 Jump or Jumpin' Jacks will be booked with Astro Jump, who cover the rest of the bay area. Please remember that all you need to do is tell me your city, and what you want, and I can do all of the booking for you.
During what time frame should I expect delivery and pick-up for my jumper?
You decide! We always suggest two hours before your party event and half hour after your party ends. Two hours is perfect because we can't control traffic, an accident on the freeway, a flat tire, etc., so we like to play it safe... Half hour works great because while you're cleaning up after the party, your kids are still jumping and aren't as disappointed when that scheduled party end time reaches - they can keep jumping!
What is the cancellation policy for jumpers?
If you need to cancel your jumper please let us know as soon as you can, so that someone else who may want your jumper can book.
What if I book a jumper and it rains on the day of my party?
As with all bounce house companies, our jumpers will not deliver in the rain or if there is a chance of rain, 40% max. This policy is based 100% on SAFETY. There is no refund for your jumper if it starts to rain after delivery. Our jumpers reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to safety concerns, the potential for equipment damage, or other weather related risks.
How do I pay for my jumper? Do I pay for my performer and my jumper together, or separately?
You may use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, a personal check, or cash to pay for your jumper upon delivery. You will pay for your jumper and performer separately--the jumper to your delivery driver upon delivery, and your performer in cash only please, at the end of your party.
Can I book JUST the party foods and/or supplies without booking a jumper?
In order to make a delivery financially worth the gas money, wages for the delivery driver, etc., our bounce company does not deliver party foods or other supplies unless you are also booking a jumper.
I would rather book my bounce house directly through the company's website. How can I contact them?

I noticed on the 630 Jump website that they may not deliver to my area--am I still able to book a jumper through you?
Yes. Although it is very rare that they are not able to deliver to your party, I have other contacts who I am able to book through, FOR YOU, if 630 Jump is already booked or cannot travel to your area.
